Yes, we all know he has it, he's just sneaky about hiding it. Sanji ate the Devil Fruit enabling him to wear even the most hideous clothing imaginable... and somehow make it seem cool. There's simply no other way to explain it.

On a more personal note, I seem to have developed a fetish for purple pineapples after drawing this. I can't explain it.

Well, according to a spreadsheet I have for him, it's just a chain that's attached to his belt loops and serves no practical purpose whatsoever. ^^
